A new start-up temporary staffing agency gets underwritten for an invoice Finance facility to aid its growth plans in its inaugural year.

As is common within the temp staffing recruitment industry our client had many 90 day+ contractual payment terms with its biggest B2B clients. In contrast this left our client with cash flow issues.
Grand Union Financial was able to assist our client with a negotiated Invoice Financing package. The package was set in line with our clients projected turnover.

Our Specialist Finance Adviser, Kal Woodley comments:-

“Working this case has given me a real insight as to the financial pressure staffing agencies undergo. It been fantastic working with a great client and a lender that shared the clients vision”

“As we’re so heavily invoice in Invoice Finance we aim to ensure our clients get the best value for money with regards to their facility and are not tied into contracts that do not support their growth ambitions”
