Our working model offers the highest degree of flexible working and all adviser & consultancy roles are offered on a self-employed basis meaning you can work when you want how you want. There are no targets, no minimum stats, only the commitment towards managing your clients with care.
We offer a split package agreement with our advisers that we see as very competitive and different from traditional brokerage setups.
As an advisor you’ll also have the opportunity to learn new areas of financing. Grand Union Financial is about offering an adviser the ability to diversify your skill sets in brokerage and grow as a well rounded professional – you’ll not be tied to doing “just mortgages”.
The only limitation is your own and we’ll work with you to challenge those limits.
