“My client was referred to me by contacts of mine who source Property for Premier League & International Footballers as well as Music, Media & TV Personalities.
My client had agreed to buy a property for £1,220,000 and wanted an 85% mortgage of £1,037,000.
I was able to declare combined income from Sole Trader & Limited Company accounts for the year-end 5th April 2021.
I spoke with my clients current banking manager and negotiated an 85% LTV mortgage of £1,037,000 over 30 years, structured as a loan 50% Capital & Interest and 50% Interest Only. I was able to get negotiate with the lender to reduce their published rate by 0.25% which will save my client £5,185 interest over the 2 year fixed rate period of the deal.
The client was over the moon that I managed to convince his current banking provider the loan & terms that he wanted.
No other lender would have done this deal for the client. It was a bespoke product and service that is not available on the High Street. I was glad to be part of the process and get the desired result for my client.”
